Leslie Raimondo is an expert in strategic human capital, organizational design, talent management, workforce analytics, and change management. Based out of Abu Dhabi, she leads Booz Allen’s strategy and general management consulting integrated management team as part of the firm’s international account in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Previously, Leslie was the firm’s deputy chief transformation officer and led high-priority internal initiatives designed to accelerate Booz Allen’s growth strategy. These included initiatives in a wide range of areas, from talent management and leadership development, to enterprise support functions and change management.
For her role in transforming Booz Allen's infrastructure and client delivery around the world, Consulting Magazine named Leslie to its “2018 Global Leaders in Consulting” list honoring 25 leaders from companies that operate globally.
Additionally, Leslie led large multi-capability teams focused on delivering solutions related to public health research, organizational transformation, and quality improvement. She is also a key advisor to Booz Allen's human capital and learning community, which provides a forum for the firm’s professionals to share information, capabilities, and methodologies.
Before joining Booz Allen in 1989, Leslie worked as an employee relations representative at Marathon Oil Company, where she provided employee and labor relations support to the company’s corporate employee relations and labor relations legal function.
Leslie is a certified senior professional in human resource management and has delivered key presentations on human capital and workforce planning analytics at federal conferences.
She holds a B.S. in industrial organizational psychology from Fairmont State University and an M.S. in industrial labor relations from West Virginia University.
